how to get started
The process is
ultimately very simple

Send the list of properties
The client sends Obsidian a list of properties via excel sheet that they would like us to mine. The excel sheet will include addresses or GPS coordinates of the target properties.

Obsidian data mines the properties
After we receive the list, our team uses public data and other sources to find the ownership information of the target properties.

Obsidian verifies the contact information
After we have identified the ownership information the Obsidian team tests all contact information through calling and email verification.
04
The list is sent back to the client
After following this process for all the target properties, the list is sent back to the client.
